    Individuals under 65 with a permanent and significant disability that affects daily life may be eligible for NDIS support. Eligibility is assessed by the NDIS.

    You can apply for the NDIS by filling up the form, or contacting Growth Journey Care for assistance with your application.

    NDIS providers offer various services, including personal care, therapy, community participation, transport, supported employment, and household task assistance to improve participants’ quality of life.
